Terrible administration!! My son had a session in November 2021. I filled in forms, medical aid details etc. In April 2022 I received the bill... Because 5months had passed my medical aid would not reimburse me. Then I receive a final demand from their office after I committed to paying, which I did. Makes absolutely no sense.
