Cannot recommend these guys highly enough! Good people, good vibes and best of all - flipping excellent at what they do. I started with the strength classes as I'd been struggling with niggly running injuries. Then ended up a month later with a serious ankle sprain, and am SO glad I found them. They take an incredible holistic approach, focussed...

TMC is one of my favourite things about living in Muizenberg. I highly recommend this little gym and health/therapy center. The classes are all about continuing your rehab in a setting run by highly skilled professionals. Honestly the best rehab for sports injuries.

I then went onto seeing Simon who helped with a few alignment issues and joined his weekly strengthening classes, well 5 months into it and attending the weekly class...

I had been living with debilitating tension headaches for 10 years and prior to coming here was waking up 4-5 days out of the week with disabling headaches that would cause me...
