Kathy is the best physio I have ever been to. I can highly recommend her. She understands the problem and explains things well so that I can understand the underlying issue and she helps me with stretches that are practical and that I can incorporate easily into my daily routine. She is professional, kind and patient.

Always helped when I've been to this friendly yet very professional practice. Added bonus is in doing Pilates with one's physio so that one really gets the best attention for your body.

Kathy is absolutely the best physio. She knows her trade and is brilliant at what she does. I also attend her Pilates classes which are excellent and have helped me so much.

Kathy and the practice have been my go to physios for too many years to count ! They helped me get to my first Comrades when I got an injury due to over training and other various running things over the years. Always exceptional service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a physio.

Laken is a fantastic physio. She has treated both my children for headaches and growing pains. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and a dedicated physio. Both my boys felt heard and safe under her care.
