I've gone to Keshia 3 times now. She has definitely become my go to physio. I had a severe quad pull just few days before a big race and Keshia worked magic on it. Managed to complete the race (30km) with no issues. If you're looking for a good physio I would definitely recommend Keshia.

I've been going to Keshia for years and trust her 100%. The first time was for chronic back pain I suffered with for years, after a single session with Keshia I haven't experienced any back pain. The practice is always clean, tidy and welcoming. She is extremely professional and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Keshia for physio.
