Amazing service and expierence. The assessment was thorough, the treatment was incredible and I noticed real improvements much faster than I expected. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout—this is hands down the best physio experience I’ve had. If you’re dealing with pain or an injury, you’re in excellent hands here.
Hajira is a kind and professional Physio and an excellent choice if you are looking for rehab post a sports injury. She did not make fun of me for being bad at Jiu Jitsu and throwing someone onto my neck and was thorough in explaining each step of the session as well as the rehab exercises for recovery. Highly recommended
Been looking for a physio to sort me out since I've moved to Cape Town last year. I think I finally found one. The physio is very knowledgeable and gave me excellent advice based on my own requirements. Went to see her for my tennis elbow and started to feel better after 1 session.
An a amazing experience from to start to finish. Great receptionists and Hajira is a really knowledgeable , affordable and dynamic physiotherapist. Will definitely be back!
