Carin at Kinnell Physiotherapy worked on my ankle, that has been painful for over 2 months. It has been limiting what I can do in terms of exercise and walking. With her professional assessment and specific exercises, after 2 weeks it feels SO much better. I am very happy with the result and keen to keep on with the exercises....
Have been seeing Carin for my shoulder injury. 3 weeks post op, I have exercises to do along with sessions sorting out the damage and pain around the shoulder. Great to have someone supporting the journey back to health.
Carin is a fantastic physio! She is patient and listens well and really focuses on getting to the heart of the problem. Her bedside manner is professional and kind and really makes one feel at ease no matter how much pain you are in! I highly recommend her!
Carin is that rare physio who is good at finding the root cause of your issue and giving you exercises, but who also doesn't mind working on the problem with massage and needling.
Carin is amazing! Provided great relief for my back and neck issues with a thorough massage and expert needling. I highly recommend her.
