Absolutely terrific physiotherapist practice. Wade and Cara have such a fabulous treatment record, always finding rehab options that beat drugs and surgery. Yet when those courses of treatment are recommended they have guided me to excellent outcomes. Their new treatment centre is fantastic. Great parking, central location. Heartily recommend them for all athletes and physically active folk.
A really amazing physio in Cara. She has helped me with neck, shoulder and thigh pain, and with the targeted exercises and motivational help has made a big difference. I have highly recommended her to friends and family.
I had a motorbike accident which resulted in an open tibia, fibula feature. After having an intermediary nail this made my knee and ankle get in on the action for needing physio. Cara is a take master and seeing her every 2.weeks has me walking without crutches, driving (manual car) and balancing on the leg for upto 30 seconds at...
Phenomenal. Wade and Cara are awesome people who provide meaningful solutions to complex problems. They are mindful of the "humanness" of injury, taking into account the events we face every day.
Been training bjj for 3 years. Every injury I've had Wade as sorted out. From shoulders to knees, ankles and neck. Keeping me on the mats. I've recommend him to friends and they are all extremely happy about the treatment they've received. Best physio specializing in sports performance.
