I’ve been to quite a few physios in my life and always appreciate a physio who is hands on. You get evaluated holistically and don’t just treat the symptom, they address the underlying issue, give you stretches and exercises to help prevent the injury from happening again and advise next steps. Great place for your road to recovery.

Great physio practice. Danel has been my physio for over a year now and is always willing to fit me in with my many ailments that I leave to the last minute🤣🤭. Do yourself a favour and book with either Dominique, Robyn or Danel as they are all amazing and will fix you right up.
