Amy treated me post abdominal surgery to re-build core strength and manage scar tissue. She is very knowledgeable and explains everything as she goes along. Her warmth and passion for helping people make every visit enjoyable. Would highly recommend her services. Scar tissue is soft, supple and beautifully healed.

As a first time mom, I’ve been struggling with pelvic health postpartum, and like many, I felt too embarrassed to seek the help I needed. However, our hope to expand our family encouraged me to finally take action. From my very first session, Amy took the time to truly understand my concerns and explained the treatment plan clearly and compassionately....

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by friendly and warm staff. My son had his first physio session with Hannah Brodie and it was an amazing experience! She was extremely kind, caring, and patient with my little toddler. Hannah explained the exercises and completed them with him, making the whole experience enjoyable and memorable.
